A few links in Sun's API documentation index lead to documents that they chose not to ship, and which they didn't make available on their site, either.

sun.tools.debug.Field.html (looking for the TextField?)
sun.tools.java.RuntimeConstants.html
sun.tools.debug.LocalVariable.html

Maybe these files are outdated, maybe they're proprietary, maybe someone simply mis-typed the name of an object and the automatic documentation generator did the rest. We don't know.
